RS-6000M RS485-based data acquisition and control modules provide I/O, data acquisitions, and networking in one module to build a cost effective, distributed monitoring and control solution for a wide variety of applications. With RS485-based technology, RS-6000M series modules build up a cost-effective DA&C system for building automation, environmental monitoring, and manufacturing applications. Modbus has become a standard communication, and is now the most commonly available means of connecting industrial. This makes the RS-6000M series perfect for integration with HMI, SCADA, PLC and other software systems.

  1. 32 bits & 120M high speed CPU, the real time embedded OS.
  2. DI can read more than 600 times/second.
  3. Optocoupler isolation: Digital Input and Output.
  4. RS-485: Separate isolation
  5. Power or dual power(Analogue Modules): Independent isolation
  6. Surge protection: 15KV
  7. The analogue input: Magnetic coupling isolation and protection.
  8. The input voltage can be positive and negative, each channel has TVS and ESD protection.
  9. The measuring range can be shifted by software.
  10. The single end and differential can be shifted by software. Single end can be changed to 16 channels by software.
  11. The ID and baud rate can be adjusted by rotary button directly.
  12. Enclosure: shielded metal
  13. The differential sampling frequency can reach 50Hz/channel

GPS Synchronized Clock with NTP and IRIG-B

The BE-GPS-NB012 Industrial Grade GPS NTP/SNTP & IRIG-B Server that we manufactured are specifically for electric power system, automatizatio system, telecom system,CCTV and traffic system that need high-precise time requirer.Our system is based on GPS, and the precision of NTP time is 10ms and IRIG-B 1us.The facility is secondary developed with the GPS receiver that made by the special factory of United States. It can track 12 GPS satellites at the same time, and selects the best satellite automaticly for locating and timing.It outputs UTC time and IRIG-B time codes ,and the synchronous precision is 1µs.The BE-GPS-NB012 is quite cost effective and high quality,its highest record of MTBF is 12 years.

Specifications:

  • Receiving frequency:1575.42MHZ, it can track 8-12 GPS satellites at the same time.
  • Antenna radio sentivity:-166dbw, with 30 metres wire.If the wire is not long enough, customer can prolong it by himself by selection of coaxial-cable that attenuation of 1.56GHZ is not more than 0.7db per metre, the attenuation of prolonged cable is not more than 5db.
  • Capture time: from 20 seconds to 2 minutes ( the outputs of synchronous clock are all isolated by photoelectricity coupling and output 60ns)
  • Industry frequency clock: the clock that is promoted by industry electricity is synchronous with standard clock when power is on.
  • Clock difference: that is standard clock minus industry frequency clock,synchronous time difference is zero,precision is 20 ms.

Equipment automatic control can be set up:

BUE-801A provides the setting of basic control logic, timing or logical calculation according to the real-time data of on-site equipment start-stop switch quantity control and analog control, such as temperature, pressure, etc.
