Heating and cooling calibration thermostatic bath is a kind of integrated self-operated thermostatic temperature controller with a heating and cooling system, the temperature ranges from - 40 ℃ to 300 ℃. The compressor high temperature drop function allows you to return the test easily. PID temperature control technology is adopted in the controlling part, and the temperature fluctuation can reach 0.01 c.

  1. The integrated design with cooling and heating system saves the limited laboratory space.
  2. Temperature control system adopts PID temperature control technology, precision can reach 0.01 ℃.
  3. Air - cooled compressor is adopted for refrigeration with high speed and low noise.
  4. Standard calibrated cartridge for thermometer, platinum resistance, thermocouple, etc
  5. Inside groove adopts arc lateral mixing structure, the structure design of precision and enhance the uniformity of the temperature field, can reach 0.01 ℃.
  6. RS232 or RS485 communication interface can be optional to realize data transmission with PC or PLC, remote control.
  7. Standard calibrated cartridge for thermometer, platinum resistance, thermocouple, etc.
  8. The refrigeration system has the protection of over heat and over current, the control system has the alarm of over temperature, the upper and lower limit of over temperature alarm temperature can be set, and the load can be cut off automatically.

The Cooling and heating calibration bath thermostat is suitable for the measurement, biochemistry, petroleum, meteorology, energy, environmental protection, medicine and other departments and the production of thermometers, temperature controllers, temperature sensors and other manufacturers for physical parameters testing and calibration. It can also provide thermostatic source for other experimental research work. Examples: grade I and ii standard mercury thermometers, beckman thermometers, industrial platinum thermal resistance, standard copper-constantan thermocouple verification, etc.
